Historical Sites in Brittany
 Megalithiques de Carnac
The alignments of Carnac, erected around 4 500 BC form the largest megalithic site in the world. Their cultural role is generally acknowledged. The sites have had to be closed to the public since 1991 to ensure their conservation. The Kermario building shows the public what was involved in the restoration of the monument and provides a comprehensive picture of the site.
