La Chaumiere and La Grange are two of three detached thatched cottages in the charming, tranquil hamlet of 'Le Helleguy'. The owners live onsite in a 3rd thatched cottage and are available to offer assistance during your stay if required.
The two holiday cottages share use of a magnificent 12.2m x 6.2m HEATED SWIMMING POOL, located in the orchard area with ample lounges & parasols for each guest. The swimming pool is housed beneath a RETRACTABLE TELESCOPIC SHELTER which is excellent in providing 'outdoor' and 'indoor' swimming in all weathers. A 1.1m security fence also surrounds the pool & its patio area, conforming to the latest French regulations regarding swimming pool safety.
The orchard area also provides a safe playing area for children, with garden games, swings and play facilities provided.

This character room is very comfortable and inviting, ideal for relaxing, with plenty of room for large groups.
There is a 28" TV with English satellite channels, a DVD/Video player and a HiFi system with CD/cassette player. An extensive library of over 500 DVD's & Video's is available to guests, free of charge, together with a selection of CD's, both traditional & popular.
A selection of indoor board games, puzzles, jigsaws & cards are also available in this room
The lounge is tastefully furnished and appointed with modern furniture of a high quality.
BEDROOMS La Chaumiere has 4 spacious bedrooms, two king-sized and two twins.
One of the king-sized bedrooms is located on the ground floor (ideal for those who prefer not to manage stairs, or for grandparents who prefer a little distance from their grandchildren!). This room has an ENSUITE shower room & basin and separate WC.
The second king-sized bedroom is located upstairs. This bedroom has a electronic safe for storing valuables and a room fan. One of the two twin bedrooms also located on this floor has a third single bed available if required.
