These beautiful Brittany Gites are located just a 5 mins. drive from the center of the market Town of Pontivy at the crossroads of Brittany. Formerly known as Napoleonville accounts for the beautiful mix of Napoleonic and Medieval architecture, sitting on the banks of the river Blavet and Nantes Brest Canal.

The Gites are located only one kilometre from the village of Le Sourn which is easily reached by foot or car along a quiet local road. In the village you can find pizzaria, bar/restaurant, pharmacy, general store, butcher and bakers. So if you don't fancy self catering in your Gite the alternatives are very close at hand.
About a 5 minute drive from our Gite you will find the lovely town of Pontivy. With its mixture of Napoleonic and Medieval architecture and the beautiful Blavet river. You'll find it's not only a lovely place to visit but it's full of wonderful restaurants and shops selling all sorts, including some exceptional chocolate shops!!!

enjoying an elevated position to exploit the magnificent view of the valley and the private fishing lake,this modern accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen lounge and dinning room with satelite television, the comfortable beds will not disappoint after a busy day and the bathroom has a feature shower cabin for comfort. relax and sun bath on the private patio, with a 20 yard stroll to the shared pool with a view.( heated June July Aug and possibly Sept) Purpose built BBQ is shared with Le Grenier for out door dinning.

2 Bedrooms en suite bathrooms, one room with double bed and a single bed, the other with a king size, room for a cot.satelite t.v. kitchen fully fitted, lounge dinning room with a magnificent view over our private fishing lake. on the private Patio the luxury of a 5 person jacuzzi also overlooking the lake and gardens.
