    There is a challenging 9-hole golf course close by, as well as the Nantes/Brest Waterway. The south coast, with long sands of Erdeven, or the prehistoric alignments at Carnac, is within easy reach for a day out.

    This imaginatively converted wing of a Breton long house is close to the centre of the attractive village of Melrand, which is in the lovely Breton countryside, with forests and rivers in all directions

    On the ground floor there is a twin/double bedroom with beamed ceiling; a light and spacious living area, including a fitted kitchen are on the first floor


    Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, plus sofa bed in lounge.


    Gas fire heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included{Except tea towels] in rent, cot, highchair, radio, CD player, shared washing machine, microwave, shared lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
